Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency (AUD). All prices include GST.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
All Luxe Beach Co. orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not issue refunds due to ‘change of mind’.
Exchanges and returns are approved at the discretion of Luxe Beach Co. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
For Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at luxebeachco@hotmail.com with your order number and Faulty or Damaged Goods in the subject line. We require photos of the faulty/damaged item to be attached in your email. Please ship the faulty/damaged item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product and ship out a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
How to Return Your Item
If you are returning your item we will provide you with an approval via email, this will include a returns slip and return address. Please ensure the item has all of its original packaging and tags.
AVAILABILITY
Pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
COLOURS
We have done our best to display our products as accurate as possible. However, as each person's monitor is different, colours may appear slightly different. Also, colours may appear slightly different in lifestyle images due to lighting and editing effects by our content creators.
WARRANTY
All our products are made to last. In the unlikely event you have an issue with a defect in the material or workmanship within 6 months of purchase, please get in touch and we will assess each case individually.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
